Angela brings her wealth of experience in the consulting and systems world, having previously worked for one of the Big Four accounting firms, to the ScaleUP team. Angela has written a wide variety of business documents including business process flow, standard operating procedures, project management charts and financial documents. Using this experience, Angela is tasked with project coordination, operational oversight and fostering communication with our clients, and plays an integral role in the research and writing process. She holds a Business degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Moore School of Business.Angela

Legal Counsel

Sam recently returned to the U.S. after teaching, learning, and practicing law in Israel for nearly 3 years.  He has over 25 of years of experience in law and as government professional, including general corporate, labor and employment law, trademarks, business law, federal/state civil litigation, and international anti-terrorism law.  Sam is bilingual in Spanish and English.  He is admitted to practice law in Florida and Wisconsin and is a member of several federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
